Terms and conditions

Refund policy. In recognition of Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 a refund within seven days of purchase is possible, even though these are ‘goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned’.

You do not have to give a reason for cancellation but, for the benefit of other customers, we would welcome your feedback. But we may not give a refund if our records show the course has had more than an hour's use.

We undertake to make refunds back into your credit card account within 30 days. Our contact details

Limitations of liability. In the event of the elearning service becoming unavailable for online access for any reason, whether temporary or permanent, the elearning course supplier will not be liable to the customer for any:

... lost revenue, lost profits, alternative goods, loss of technology, rights or services, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or interruption of business ...

In the unlikely event of a dispute, this will be resolved by English law and English court. The maximum liability will be limited to the total sum paid by the customer for the elearning course.
